Does the Lotto Black Book Really Work?

Have you ever heard of the Lotto Black Book? Larry Blair, the author of the book, claims that he has devised a step-by-step formula on how to increase one's chances of winning the lottery (up to 48.7%.) In fact, the author himself already won the lotto for 3 times, and that is not just any winning, but we're talking about a $3.5M winning all in all. In addition to that, he even got shot at the leg by some guys who noticed that he kept on winning and wanted to know his secret. (Luckily, he got away.) Well to cut the long story short, his lottery system seemed to work for him.
However, with all the scams circulating around the internet that's taking advantage of the people's need for finances, you can't help but think if this Lotto Black Book is a scam for two logical reasons; first, it requires you to pay almost a $100 to get the book, and second, it just sounds to good to be true! In other words, if Blair's system really worked, a lot of people would have already known of this system and won the lottery a lot of times.
On the other hand, the author claims that he already received a lot of thank you messages from his seemingly satisfied customers, which implies that the system really worked for them. Also, he is so confident about his Lotto Black Book system because he even offers to repay twice the purchasing price for those customers who don't win at least one lottery within 60 days of using the Lotto Black Book secret.
So in conclusion, if you take it from the people who have tried Blair's lottery system, they would say that it really works. If you really want to take a look at it yourself, he is offering to give you a peek at two of his book's chapters so that you can decide for yourself whether or not what his talking about makes sense or sounds logical. Also, in case it doesn't work for you, you can always have more than your money back (as long you provide evidence that you really used the book.) You can send an email to Blair's personal email address for these concerns. In short, what I'm saying is that getting the Lotto Black Book is worth a shot.
